Arrive at Naples airport and then we leave for Salerno. Arrival and introduction to the city. Dinner at the Hotel.
Breakfast and morning departure for the port of Salerno, from where we will board a speed boat (weather permitting, individual expenses) to one of the most famous travel destinations in the world, the elegant and elegant island of Capri. Arriving at the Marina Grande we will take the cable car to the cosmopolitan Capri settlement of Chora, where we will visit the famous August gardens and admire the imposing Faraglioni rocks - a trademark of the island. Lunch at local restaurant. Then we will have Free time shopping. We will visit Anakapri (Ano Capri), where Villa San Michele is located, and a cable car to the top of Monte Solaro (589 meters, the highest point of the island with spectacular views). Then we will go to the Marina Grande, boarding the boat and departure for Salerno. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight at Salerno.
Breakfast and today we will depart by boat for the posh Positano. Walking through the narrow cobbled streets with the blossoming balconies we will feel the cosmopolitan air of the 60s era. Leaving Positano again by boat, we will reach the "metropolis of the coast", the picturesque Amalfi, which gave its name 50 kilometers to the coastline. There we will visit St. Andrew's Cathedral and stroll down the main pedestrian street of the city. Lunch at local Restaurant. We also visit the HOP ON-HOP OFF perched at 305 meters in the village of Rabello and viewing the Villa Rufolo with its tower, gardens and breathtaking views. Return to Amalfi and departure for Salerno. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight at Salerno.
Breakfast and our present day is dedicated to the millennial Naples. Arriving, we will stroll through its historic center with picturesque alleys, majestic churches, shops and pizzerias and visit one of the most important museums in the country, the National Archaeological Museum, where we will admire its frescoes and mosaics. Visit the Santa Chiara Monastery. Lunch at local restaurant to try the classic Napolitan pizza at its place and return to Salerno. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight Salerno.Optional we will see Flamenco Show.
Breakfast and in the morning we will depart for Paestum, ancient Poseidonia, where from its ruins and its imposing temples emerges the glorious history of Greater Greece. The Basilica Temple is the oldest building of Western culture in the region and is dedicated to Hera. Here are the temples of Poseidon and Athena. Lunch at Local Restaurant. We then depart for Pompeii, one of the most important open-air archaeological sites internationally, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We will tour the ruins of the city that was buried beneath the incandescent lava and ashes of Vesuvius in 79 AD and we will admire a "lively" ancient city. Return to Salerno. Dinner at the Hotel. Overnight at Salerno.
Breakfast and toady we will explore Rome. Roman Coliseum and Vatican City. In the morning, we will have a tour of the city, which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. We enter the tiny state of the Vatican. The Vatican City is a principal centre of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. We will also enter the Roman Colosseum (admission price included), the principal symbol of Rome. This impressive construction dates back 2,000 years and will transport us in time so that we can learn about ancient society in the Roman Empire. Lunch in Local Restaurant and Free time in Rome. Hotel Check in. Dinner in Restaurant. Overnight Rome.
Breakfast and then we will go to the Rome airport to take the flight back home.
