Tour Plan

01

Day 01: Destination – Milan

Arrival in the economic capital of Italy and panoramic tour. We will see the castle of Sforza, built in the 15th century, on the ruins of a fortified building by Franciscus I Sforza, Duke of Milan, which was one of the largest fortresses in Europe during the 16th and 17th centuries. We will then move to Piazza del Duomo, which is the city’s main square and named after the imposing Milan Cathedral. The impressive Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milan) is the seat of the city’s archbishop and is considered one of the most important cathedrals in the world. It took 5 centuries to complete its construction and today it is the 5th largest cathedral in the world. We will visit the Gallery of Vittorio Emmanuel II, named after the first king of united Italy. The building consists of two glass vaulted arcades and connects the Piazza del Duomo squares with the Piazza della Scala. La Scala Opera House, or Milan’s Scala, is one of the most famous opera houses in the world and was named after the church in the same place, St. Maria della Scala. Late afternoon transfer to the hotel. Overnight.(Lunch, Dinner)

Day 02: Milan – Como – Lago Maggiore

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the majestic Lake Como, whose natural beauty has been a source of inspiration for many writers, poets and composers alike, while celebrities enjoy life in their prestigious villas. We will visit the city of Como, which is undoubtedly one of the most interesting cities in Northern Italy and is a luxurious suburb of Milan, offering relaxation and leisure. Next visit the blooming Stresa, an elegant resort in Lago Maggiore (Greater Lake), where we will cruise to the islet of Isola Bella, with the impressive Baroque palace of the aristocratic Borromeo family. Return to our hotel late in the afternoon. Overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 03: Milan – Monaco – Monte Carlo – Ez – Nice

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the cosmopolitan Principality of Monaco, which is the most densely populated state in the world and its inhabitants are called Monegasians. In our panoramic tour we will see the Monegasque Palace, the official government seat of the Principality and residence of the 13th-century royal family of Grimaldi, the imposing Cathedral and finally a visit to the magnificent Oceanographic Museum Iv Kusto, and we will have the chance to get to know more than 4,000 species of fish. We will cross the Grand Prix and head to Monte Carlo where we will see, among other things, the masterpieces of Charles Garnier, the Casino, the Hotel de Paris and the Café de Paris. We will then move on to the medieval village of Ez to visit the Fragonard perfume factory. Late afternoon arrival in Nice, transfer and accommodation at the hotel. Overnight. Day 04: Nice – Cannes

Breakfast at the hotel and panoramic tour. We will cross the Promenade du Aglais along the city’s famous seaside road, with magnificent Bellevue buildings such as Negresco, Palais de la Mediterane, we will see Massena Square, the city library (the square head) and we will end up on Simiez Hill where the city’s history began. On our way we will pass through the prestigious Simieze district with its magnificent 19th century mansions including the Regina Palace, home of Queen Victoria. On the hill we will visit the church and gardens of the Franciscan Monastery. Following is a visit to the undisputed “queen” of the Cote d’Azur, Cannes, with the famous Cruise, one of the most famous streets in the world. We will see the magnificent buildings, and the luxurious hotels, dating from the era of Belle Epok, the Cannes Festival Palace. Free time for coffee, stroll. Return late in the afternoon to our hotel in Nice. Overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 05: Nice – Genoa – Bologna

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Genoa and a panoramic tour of the city’s historic center declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the many Gothic and Renaissance palaces. We will cross Via San Lorenzo to see the homonymous Gothic cathedral, the Palace of San Giorgio, the iconic Palazzo Ducale, the old seat of the nobles of the city, and at the Piazza de Ferrari, we will see the theater of San Felice, the building that houses the Academy of Fine Arts and the Palazzo della Borsa. Finally, we will see the house-museum of Christopher Columbus and Porta Sant’Andrea or Soprana, which was built to protect the city of Genoa from the invaders’ invasion. Departure for Bologna, Italy’s most ancient campus, home to many students. Arrival late in the afternoon, transfer to hotel. Overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 06: Bologna – Departure flight

Breakfast at the hotel and panoramic tour of the historic city center. Bologna is known for its towers and arcades, which reach 38 km to its historic center and make it unique in the world with the center entirely comprised of arcades, including the world’s longest arcade, the San Luca, 3.7 mm long, with 666 arches. In its historic medieval center, which is Europe’s largest after Venice, we will see the Basilica of San Petronio, the Abbazia di Santo Stefano Palace, the Museum of Storiadi Bolonga and the Palazzo Pepoli. Free time by the time we arrive at Bologna Airport for our return flight. (Breakfast, Lunch)
