Day 01: Welcome to Athens!

Embark on your exciting holiday as you arrive into the Greek Capital of Athens. You will be met by your Tour Manager and transferred from Athens airport to the hotel for check in. Overnight in Athens. (Dinner)

Day 02: Athens – Delphi – Kalabaka

Today we will transfer to Delphi. At Delphi you will immerse yourself in the myths and monuments of classical Greece on this trip to Delphi. Explore the UNESCO-listed archeological site of Delphi and learn how the city was considered the‘Center of the World’ in ancient Greece. Stand in awe before the dramatically situated Temple of Apollo, then discover long-lost wonders at the Delphi Archeological Museum, including the Charioteer of Delphi and the Sphinx of Naxos. Then we will transfer to Kalabaka. Overnight in Kalabaka. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 03: Kalabaka – Meteora – Olympia

Visit Meteora with its impressive scenery, ageless monasteries (2), suspended between earth and sky. The monasteries are perched on top of towers of sandstone, which for centuries provided totally inaccessible retreats for the monks. Inside the Byzantine Monasteries see priceless historical and religious treasures. Transfer to Olympia. Overnight in Olympia. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 04: Olympia – Athens

Check out and proceed at Olympia stadium and museum. In the western Peloponnese, in the “Valley of Gods”, lies the most celebrated sanctuary of ancient Greece and the birthplace of the most important athletic mega-event of all times; the Olympic Games. At ancient Olympia standing the impressive ruins of the area where athletes trained and run in the ancient stadium; just as the ancient Olympians did after their victory 3000 years ago. We will visit also the museum and get the chance to see some unbelievable sculptures such as the sculpted decoration of the temple of Zeus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the famous Hermis of Praxiteles and the statue of Nike of Paionios. Transfer and overnight in Athens. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 05: Athens – Santorini

Check out for your transfer to Piraeus port, to board your ferry to Santorini. Arrival in Santorini, which is one of the most outstanding places of the world, transfer to your hotel and relax. Later, enjoy free time. Overnight in Santorini. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 06: Santorini – Island tour

Today we will explore the Center of the island and on the highest point where you will visit the hidden gems of the area. The first stop of the tour is the 16th century Monastery of Prophet Elias which was built on the highest point of the Island 567 meters above sea level. From there you will have a panoramic view of the whole island. After Prophet Elias we will continue to the village of Pyrgos, with its Cycladic architecture, Byzantine churches and a Venetian Castle. The village is one of the highest points of the Island and the View is amazing overlooking the North West part of Santorini. Next stop the traditional village of Oia which is on the northern tip of the island, high on the cliff top. Oia hosts the most magnificent views on Santorini and a picturesque road with cliffs on one side and sea on the other leads to this attractive village typical of Santorini’s architecture with houses sunk deep into the volcanic soil, their whitewashed walls and blue domes sparkling in the sunlight. Return to Fira to explore Santorini night life, overnight Santorini. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 07: Santorini – Athens

Transfer to Santorini Port for your ferry back to Athens. Arrival in Athens and transfer to Hotel for check in. Overnight in Athens. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 08: Athens – City Tour (Acropolis, Acropolis Museum)

Today we will have a full day Athens City tour – Short photo stop at Panathenaic stadium where the new Olympic games reborn, Parliament and tomb of the unknown soldier. Passing by through the coach see: The Academy, The National University and The National Library. Later visit Temple of Zeus and Acropolis. Visit Acropolis museum. Overnight in Athens.
