Day 1 Athens: Welcome to Athens!

Arrival at Eleftherios Venizelos Airport. Our transfer will be waiting for you at the airport. After boarding our luxurious vehicle, sit back and relax as the driver transports you to the hotel. Check in to the hotel. Then we will have an orientation tour of Athens. Dinner. Overnight in Athens.

Day 2 Athens

Breakfast and get ready for the most amazing city tour through history. It gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city!! We will start our tour with the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896. We will continue and pass by the Prime Minister's residence (ex-Royal Palace), guarded by the Euzones in their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus - one of the largest in antiquity, the Hadrian's Arch - the symbolic entrance to the city, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Syntagma - Constitution Square. Next stop, Acropolis with the Architectural Masterpieces in the world of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally "the harmony between material and spirit", the monument that "puts order in the mind", the Parthenon. Only 300m. away from the sacred rock of Acropolis stands the impressive New Acropolis Museum where at last 4000 priceless statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era. Then free time for lunch and free time for Plaka area. Dinner. Overnight Athens.

Day 3 Athens – Delphi – Kalampaka

After Breakfast, we will transfer to Delphi. At Delphi you will immerse yourself in the myths and monuments of classical Greece on this trip to Delphi. Explore the UNESCO-listed archeological site of Delphi and learn how the city was considered the ‘Center of the World’ in ancient Greece. We will pass thrue the dramatically situated Temple of Apollo, then discover long-lost wonders at the Delphi Archeological Museum, including the Charioteer of Delphi and the Sphinx of Naxos. Free time for traditional local lunch. Later, we will transfer to Kalampaka. Local buffet dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Kalambaka.

Day 4 Kalampaka – Meteora – Athens – Chania Crete

After Breakfast, visit Meteora with its impressive scenery, ageless monasteries (2), suspended between earth and sky. The monasteries are perched on top of towers of sandstone, which for centuries provided totally inaccessible retreats for the monks. Inside the Byzantine Monasteries see priceless historical and religious treasures. Free time for traditional local lunch. Drive to Athens. Packed dinner. Take the ferry to Chania. Overnight to the ferry.

Day 5 Chania- Rethimnon - Heraklion

Arrive at Chania, which is a city of history, culture, and unrivaled beauty, it is one of the most beautiful and picturesque cities in Greece. We will arrive early in the morning where after breakfast inside our cruise ship we will start our city tour at the second largest city of Crete, Chania, which is famous for its Old Town, which is built around the Venetian port. We will continue our trip to beautiful Rethymno city where we will enjoy local traditional lunch after seeing the most important monuments of the city. After Rethymnon we will continue to Heraklion, capital city of Crete. Buffet dinner in the hotel.

Day 6 Heraklion – Knossos –museum - Heraklion

Breakfast and today we will see explore Heraklion and the Minoan civilization. We will visit Knossos Palace. Knossos, a complex of more than 1500 interlocking rooms, was an astonishing palace, built for a mighty king of the Bronze Age. As you wander through the labyrinthine ruins, you will have the chance to see the original throne of ‘’Minos”, the mystifying sanctuaries, the luxurious domestic quarters of the royal family, the once upon a time bursting with Crete’s treasures pantries and the astonishing water-management systems! Free time for lunch. Then we will visit the archeological museum of Heraklion and the old city and port. Afternoon free time for shopping. Buffet Dinner in the hotel and folkloric Greek night show. Overnight in Heraklion.

Day 7 Heraklion – Santorini

Breakfast and today we will take the ferry to travel to island of Santorini. Arrive at Santorini, which is one of the most outstanding places in the world. We will have a city tour to the Center of the island and on the highest point where you will visit the hidden gems of the area. The first stop of the tour is the 16th century Monastery of Prophet Elias which was built on the highest point of the Island 550 meters above sea level. From there you will have a panoramic view of the whole island. Free time for lunch. Then, we will continue to the village of Pyrgos, with its Cycladic architecture, Byzantine churches and a Venetian Castle. The village is one of the highest points of the Island and the View is amazing overlooking the North West part of Santorini and Megalochori. Next stop the traditional village of Oia which is on the northern tip of the island, high on the cliff top and Blue Dome of Santorini, Oia hosts the most magnificent views on Santorini and a picturesque road with cliffs on one side and sea on the other leads to this attractive village typical of Santorini’s architecture with houses sunk deep into the volcanic soil, their whitewashed walls and blue domes sparkling in the sunlight. Dinner. Overnight in Santorini.

Day 8 Santorini – Volcano - Lost Atlantis 9D museum

Today after breakfast, you will have the most popular tour in Santorini, which is certainly the boat trip to the volcano and the hot springs. Walk on top of a still active volcano, see the caldera villages from an impressive spot and then we sail around the islet by excursion boat. We will make a stop for swimming at the bathing beach of Palea Kameni where the hot waters reach a temperature of 35oC and have BBQ lunch. Swim in thermal water with therapeutic ingredients. Then, sailing above the sub-marine crater, we reach the islet of Thirassia. Back to Athinios port and continue with our visit to the Lost Atlantis 9D museum where we will have an amazing experience. Dinner. Overnight in Santorini.

Day 9 Santorini – Syros (the capital island of Cyclades)

Breakfast and transfer to port to take the ferry to Syros island. When your ferry docks of Syros port you will see the best of the town. Arrival and start the tour of Syros town by walking the small and narrow streets, having many possibilities to take nice photographs in the beautiful city. We get orientation and information in the old town as well as impressions of the new classical Town Hall, the theatre of Apollo, the two churches on the top of the hills. Explore the narrow streets and alleys of the old town. Transfer and check in to Hotel. Dinner in the hotel. Our day will end with a by night visit to the city and the casino of the island.

Day 10 Syros- Mykonos (full day)

Breakfast and transfer from the Hotel to the port to take one hour ferry to the island of Mykonos for a full day tour to Mykonos town. We will walk in the old town of the island next to the VIPs of the world jet set. We will visit the famous windmills, little Venice, shoot memorable photos. We will visit the famous Paradise beach where night life started back in the 1960s. free time to enjoy the beach bars and the sea. In the afternoon we will head back to the port to board our ship back to Syros. Arrival to hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 11 Syros - Athens

Breakfast and transfer from the Hotel to the port to take the ferry to Athens. Arrival at Athens and time for lunch. After lunch we will have free time for shopping in the center of Athens. Dinner. Overnight Athens.
